First the worst

First Prize, Best Short sounds pretty good doesn’t it? And it looks pretty good too (I’m off to the framers tomorrow morning - I haven’t had a certificate to frame since my bronze lifesaving badge). But here’s the thing. Only the Grand Prize at RIIFF is Oscar-qualifying. So near… we’ll just have to get into some more fests and win some more prizes (strangely enough the latter, for Oscar & Jim is proving easier than the former - we just got knocked back by London and Raindance, both of which hurt). Ah well, nobody knows anything.
